Previously, Alkroud served as Chief of Staff and Secretary General to PIF’s Board of Directors. Since joining PIF in 2016, he has played a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the Fund’s strategic agenda.
The Division under his leadership is responsible for managing a broad portfolio of real estate and infrastructure investments. This includes establishing and scaling landmark projects, setting up new entities, and driving performance optimization.
The division oversees some of the Kingdom’s most prominent developments such as NEOM, Red Sea Global, Qiddiya, Roshn, and Diriyah, in addition to a diversified pool of assets spanning hospitality, retail, and leisure.
